Live-guided 3 day trip for max 15 people to the most desired wine making areas of Burgundy, Alsace and Champagne. This trip is almost designed for those who want to learn better French Wine and Champagne Culture. Sightseeings are presented as well: Medieval Hospice in Beaune, Colmar town, beautiful villages along Alsace Wine road, Medieval Haut Koenigsbourg, Reims Cathedral, Hautvillers village, Dom Perignon church and Viewpoint. This tour can be booked and customised as CLOSED PARTY as well. Just 4 to 6 couples and families are travelling together, easy communication, nice atmosphere. Our own Mercedes minibuses. Live Guided during the whole trip by one of our skilled guides. IMPORTANT NOTICE N1: All sightseeings, entrance tickets are included but not the Wine and Champagne tastings.       MEETING POINT N 1: 07:00am to 07:10am boarding at our Mercedes bus at the OPERA GARNIER STEPS, it is a main facade of Opera building in front of Metro OPERA MEETING POINT N 2: 07:20am to 07:30am boarding at our Mercedes bus at the Arch de Triumph Etoile, first 10 meters of the avenue FRIEDLAND Departure destination Chablis. There are approx. 190 km to drive on a highway from Paris to Chablis by our air conditioned Mercedes minibus for max 15 passengers. It takes around 3 hours. One stop at a rest area will be made.

    3. 10:30 - 11.40 Visit of Jean-Marc Brocard Domaine. Arrival in Chablis area. Visit of Jean-Marc Brocard Domaine surrounded by the vineyards with Cave visit and wine tasting of 5 wines with cheese plate: Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru and Chablis Grand Cru. The experienced staff will give You all explanations about the process of wine making in Chablis and point out the differences between Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru and Chablis Grand Cru.

    7. 16.00 - 17:30 Arrival at Chateau de Pommard - one of the most famous domains of Burgundy, close to Beaune and surrounded by vineyards. Wine tasting of a selection of 5 wines from Château de Pommard and Famille Carabello-Baum "La Route des Grands Crus" with a professional sommelier. You will learn how Burgundy’s star grapes Pinot Noir and Chardonnay express themselves across Burgundy’s villages and terroirs. You will learn about the 5 subregions of Burgundy and their specialties, about the famous wine road La Route des Grands Crus, about how the natural factors do influence the taste and about Burgundy’s classifications.

    8. 17:30 - 18:50 Visit of Hospices de Beaune - Hôtel-Dieu a former charitable almshouse founded in 1443 as a hospital for the poor. The original hospital building is one of the finest examples of XV century Burgundian architecture and one of the best-preserved renaissance buildings in Europe.

Located along the Marne surrounded by the wine hills it is Home to many region’s most prestigious champagne houses. Épernay is a must for wine and champagne lovers. Walk the Avenue of Champagne attracts many tourists. It takes about 2,5 hours (196 km).

    4. 13:10 - 13:45 Visit the Abbey's Church of Sindulphe of the Abbey Saint-Pierre d'Hautvillers. It is a former Benedictine monastery. The Abbey was founded in 665 and remained active till the French Revolution 1789. Dom Perignon has developed the wine making methods in the region of Champagne. Nowadays there are 26 local Champagne producers in the village.

      Stop at the View point with best Panoramic views over the vineyards and Marne river. 13:45 Departure to Reims. It takes 30 minutes (28 km).
