• This is a mobile ticket experience. Please present your booking confirmation or QR code on your phone at the Burj Khalifa “At The Top” entrance located on the Lower Ground Level of The Dubai Mall. For guests with transfer options, the driver will assist and confirm entry timing. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your selected time slot, as entry is strictly time-based.
