Your private one-way transfer begins at DXB or your selected Dubai hotel or residence. For arrivals, flight monitoring helps coordinate pickup. After baggage collection, proceed to the confirmed meeting point: Terminal 3 passengers meet the driver at Starbucks Coffee Shop, while at other terminals the driver waits in the designated meeting area with a name placard. Your driver assists with luggage before you travel in a clean, air-conditioned private vehicle chosen for your group size and baggage. For departures, pickup is from your hotel or residence at the confirmed time, followed by direct drop-off at the correct DXB terminal. Approximate travel time is 20–30 minutes for Zone 1, 45–60 minutes for Zone 2, and 60–80 minutes for Zone 3. Times vary with traffic. The service includes one pickup, one direct journey and one drop-off, with no shared passengers or unnecessary stops.

• For Airport Arrivals Provide your airline name, correct flight number, arrival date, arrival terminal, hotel name, complete destination address and active WhatsApp number. Your driver or coordinator will contact you through WhatsApp to confirm the meeting location.
• For Airport Departures Provide your complete hotel or residence address, flight departure time and preferred pickup time. Please be ready at the agreed location before your scheduled pickup.
• Luggage and Child Seats Please tell us the number and approximate size of your suitcases, including oversized luggage, strollers or special equipment. Child seats must be requested before the transfer and may incur an additional charge.
• Additional Information The vehicle is arranged according to your confirmed booking details. Travel duration depends on the destination and traffic conditions. Extra stops, unbooked destinations and return journeys are not included in the one-way transfer.
