GPS and map applications may sometimes stop guests slightly away from the exact location due to pedestrian-only streets and heavy foot traffic in the area. Please carefully read the voucher instructions before arrival and look specifically for Door Number 39 on Via Ricasoli. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time to allow enough time for walking through the crowded area and completing check-in procedures.
