If you're looking for private cooking lessons, our incredible full-day tour starts in Florence and includes a tour of the historic central market as well as hands-on teaching in a typical farmhouse situated in the breathtaking Tuscan countryside. You will visit the famous San Lorenzo food market, where you will interact with Tuscan-born farmers, including bakers and butchers. Locals shop here, and you may peruse with them an extensive selection of cheeses, olives, fruits and vegetables, as well as balsamic vinegar. Then your guide will take you to a state-of-the-art kitchen. It is there, in a gorgeous Tuscan farmhouse on a private estate, that the class will begin. This goes beyond simple demonstration. Under the guidance of the skilled chef, you will prepare a traditional four-course Tuscan meal on your own.
