This is not a standard cooking class, but a shared moment inside a real 18th-century villa still lived in, in the Tuscan countryside of Lastra a Signa. Guests are welcomed into a private home, not a commercial setting, and cook alongside Chef Giulio in a small group. The experience is shaped by what is available: aromatic herbs from the garden are used in the dishes, and the menu changes with the season, guided by the chef rather than a fixed program. There is no rigid structure or production-style format... the rhythm follows the natural flow of preparing, tasting, and sharing.
