Your journey will begin in the Egyptian Galleries, where we will admire the Temple of Dendur, dating back to 10 BCE. From here we will move to the American Wing to view historic pieces such as “Washington Crossing the Delaware.” Next, we will travel through Europe to admire masterpieces by great artists such as Vermeer, Rembrandt, Monet, Van Gogh and Degas. Here, we will delve into the art movements of Baroque and Impressionism to better understand meaning.
