If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and will not be eligible for a refund. A new booking will be required.
