You will be picked up from your central London hotel or address and take you directly to the cruise terminal with no stress or fuss. Your chauffeur will arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. Sufficient time will be allowed for any traffic delay so you are always on time and never late. When making a booking, you will need to provide your preferred pickup time (suggested departure time from London is at 10:30 am to 13. pm)  and the full address/hotel name & the name of the cruise ship or if you prefer to be dropped off at a Southhampton Hotel please provide full Hotel details.

• Hotel Pickup, Please wait at the hotel lobby for collection at the set pickup time and just let the concierge or reception desk know, that you are waiting for a private transfer service the driver will make contact with the concierge or reception desk on his arrival. Private Address, The driver will make contact by ringing the doorbell and will be waiting as close as possible to the front door at the set pickup time. If you wish to change the pick-up time, please let us know, we require a minimum of 48-hour notice from the travel date to adjust the driver’s schedule. If you are travelling with a cell phone please let us know the number before the travel date so the driver may communicate with you on the day.
