Your chef will explain how Portuguese people choose and use ingredients such as fish, vegetables, herbs and traditional products. Return to the cooking school and prepare a seasonal Portuguese meal in a hands-on class. Finish by sitting down together to enjoy the food you cooked, paired with Portuguese wine.
