Versailles: • The Versailles palace plays a truly unique role in the world’s history. Giverny: • 1-hour drive to Giverny along with an introduction to Monet’s life and work • Stop at the local church and the village graveyard with the Monet’s tomb • Stop at the former café Baudy, American impressionists residence, including barn used as  winter studio for artists and temporary exhibitions at Museum of Impressionism • Visit the WATER GARDEN that Monet created 10 years after settling in Giverny, Famous Japanese bridge covered with the famous nympheas • Arrive at the FLOWER GARDEN (called Le Clos Normand) full of perspectives, symmetries and colors.  Visit to MONET’S HOUSE (BLUE ROOM, FAMILY LIVING ROOM, MONET’S BEDROOM, ALICE’S BEDROOM, DINING ROOM and KITCHEN) • Visit Monet’s last STUDIO that houses now a gift shop • Return back to Paris along the picturesque Route des Crêtes with a stop in the village of Vétheuil.
