The bus cannot wait for latecomers, passengers are requested to arrive at the boarding point 20 minutes prior the departure time. Our buses have to leave on the dot, no refunds will not be given in case of lateness. No boarding is allowed outside of the departure gate, late passengers are not allowed to catch the bus on route or attempt to jump on board. Tickets: The ticket remains the property of the company and must be made available for inspection by the conductor or driver on demand.
