Business class passengers and hand luggage only passengers may request pick up time after 40 minutes of flight landing time and all other passengers may request their pick up time after 60, 90, 120 minutes from flight landing time. If there is any delays at the Airport due to issues at immigration or baggage reclaim, Passengers must contact us as soon as possible for us to keep their driver waiting.
