If you miss your tour, it will be considered a "No Show," and 100% of the payment will be forfeited in accordance with our Terms and Conditions. Rescheduling is only permitted under the following conditions:  The re-schedule request is made at least 72 hours before the scheduled tour time, subject to availability.  Weather conditions prevent the tour from taking place, as determined at the management’s sole discretion.  Other operational reasons prevent the tour from proceeding, at the management’s sole discretion.
