I will outline the history, the meaning and the story behind some of the worlds best known paintings by world famous painters We then move on to the National Portrait Gallery : The National Portrait Gallery houses the world’s largest collection of personalities and faces from the late Middle Ages to the present day. You will see works by artists such as Holbein to Hockney, the British Monarchy is on display here Our last gallery is the Tate Modern : Britain's national museum of modern & contemporary art from around the world. The awe-inspiring Turbine Hall runs the length of the entire building & we will see amazing works by artists such as Matisse, Picasso, Dalí, Pollock, Warhol & Bourgeois
I am a British born painter and began painting when i was 5 years old. I attended the Wimbledon School of Art. In 2011, i exhibited my work extensively in & around London. I am an art lover through and through and can always be found in the galleries we will visit. I can stand for hours and talk about the master pieces that are on display at my 3 favourite art galleries in the world, The Tate Modern, The National Gallery & The National Portrait Gallery.
