These cellars of exceptional heritage are the living testimony of several centuries of development. They are the keepers of a real treasure - the memory of human craft and talent throughout history. Depending on the day of the week, we can go to a village market to meet local producers and artisans. The choice of the cellar will depend on availability.

   Our next stop will be the village of Hautvillers where you can soak in a breathtaking view of the entire Marne Valley. Hautvillers is also the resting place of the monk Dom Pérignon! We will take retrace his steps back to the origins of Champagne wine.
