We cannot accept responsibility for any costs incurred, or for subsequent problems encountered, due to errors that were not reported to us. •Emergency Contact: In the unlikely event you cannot locate your photographer at the designated meeting point, it is your responsibility to call the emergency phone number provided on your voucher immediately. If you leave the meeting point without calling, the service will be considered a "no-show," and the full charge will apply as per our terms and conditions. • Cancellations: Photography sessions are not refundable if canceled less than 7 day before scheduled time unless otherwise stated on the specific booking page. • Photographer will meet you at the pick-up address specified on your voucher previously agreed with you.
