The boat is docked behind the building at Pier 36 and can be accessed by walking round the North End of the building - near the Fire Department. The boat, operated by “NY Skyline”, can be found at Slip 6. Check in with the NY Skyline Staff who will be wearing red “NY Skyline” shirts

• Most people spend 60-90 minutes at the Observatory
• If you upgrade to include One World Observatory, your entry voucher for is barcoded. Present it at the ticket office for a ticket for the next available entry time or anytime after that – up to 7 days from your scheduled date.
• One World Observatory is normally open daily 9am-9pm – but check opening hours for the day you plan to visit.
• Last entry to the Observatory is 1 hour before closing time
• Guests under 17 must be accompanied by an adult
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted

• Please aim to arrive 20 minutes before your scheduled cruise departure time. Check-in closes 5 minutes before the scheduled departure time. You will be given an entry ticket for the next available entry ticket time or, if you prefer, at a time in the next 7 days.
