Discover a hidden brewery experience high above Prague, inside the historic Strahov Monastery complex founded in 1143. Enjoy panoramic city views, a short guided walk through the monastery surroundings and brewing history, then continue to the intimate Strahov Monastic Brewery for 5 St. Norbert beers, traditional Czech goulash with dumplings and apple strudel. With private hotel pickup and a personal guide, this is an easy way to combine Prague history, local beer and authentic Czech food away from the busiest tourist streets.
From the viewpoint, continue on foot with your guide through the monastery grounds to Strahov Monastic Brewery. At the brewery, your group will be seated at a reserved table and served a tasting of 5 small St. Norbert beers, followed by traditional Czech beef goulash with dark beer and dumplings, and apple strudel for dessert. The guide will make sure the group is seated and the pre-arranged brewery service is ready before the guided part ends.
