This is a private transfer service between Heathrow Airport and your hotel or address in Central London, made just for you and your group. Our service allows you to avoid crowded bus stations and the stress of public transport. Whether you are arriving or departing, you can travel comfortably without worrying about navigating the city or managing your luggage through busy stations. We monitor your flight in real time, so your driver is there on time even if your plane is early or late. Your driver meets you inside the airport with a name board, helps with your luggage, and drives you directly to your destination. This private transfer includes a generous 75-minute wait after landing, longer than many other services offer. We provide comfortable vehicles for any group size, ensuring a safe and easy journey. Service Coverage This service is valid one-way between Heathrow Airport and Central London. Please note that our standard pick-up and drop-off service covers Central London only. Locations in North-East, East, and South-East London fall outside this area and may be subject to an additional fee. If you are unsure whether your address qualifies, we kindly recommend contacting us in advance for confirmation and pricing. Luggage Allowance Our fleet is designed to accommodate both passengers and their luggage comfortably. Allowances per vehicle type are: Saloon: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons. MPV: Up to 4 passengers, 4 large/medium suitcases + 4 carry-ons. Large MPV: Up to 6 passengers, 6 large/medium suitcases + 6 carry-ons. Executive: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons. Luxury: Up to 2 passengers, 2 large/medium suitcases + 2 carry-ons. Each passenger may also bring one personal item, such as a handbag or backpack. Oversized Luggage: Items such as surfboards, golf clubs, bicycles, foldable or non foldable mobility scooters may not fit in standard vehicles. Please inform us in advance so we can recommend a suitable vehicle. If your total luggage exceeds the allowance for your booked vehicle, an upgrade to a larger vehicle will be mandatory for comfort and safety. It is therefore very important that you inform us of the exact number and size of your bags in advance. Please read the luggage information carefully, as sending an unsuitable vehicle may result in your luggage not fitting. Service Limitations We are not liable for missed or cancelled flights. If your flight is cancelled or diverted, this will be treated as a cancellation by the passenger, and will not be eligible for a refund. A new booking will be required. Please ensure you provide the correct flight number and estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the time of booking, as we use this information to actively monitor your flight. We are not liable for issues resulting from an incorrect flight number being provided. Flight Reschedules: If the passenger changes to a different flight, date, time, or airport, the passenger must inform us as soon as possible. Accommodating the change depends on driver and vehicle availability. An additional fee may apply. This applies to changes made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pick-up. If we are unable to confirm or provide your booked transfer due to driver or vehicle unavailability, you will receive a full refund. Gratuities are not included in the fare and remain at your discretion. Please note that last-minute bookings are subject to availability, and confirmation will depend on driver and vehicle allocation at the time of request.
