6-Course Venetian Gourmet Tasting Experience

Sobre esta actividad

Begin your experience with a welcome glass of prosecco, followed by a selection of traditional Venetian flavors. Savor marinated sardines and prawns in saor, then enjoy tender baby octopus with polenta alongside the iconic baccalà alla vicentina. The journey continues with bigoli pasta in squid ink and paccheri with a rich, slow-cooked meat ragù. As a main course, taste the classic Venetian beef stew with tomato and peas , prepared according to local tradition. End on a sweet note with your choice of tiramisù or panna cotta. The experience takes place in a cozy, refined restaurant in the heart of the San Marco district, just steps from Venice’s iconic landmarks. The setting is intimate and artistic, featuring hand-painted fabrics created by artists who once gathered here. It still reflects its bohemian past, when guests could even exchange artworks instead of paying, attracting figures such as Marc Chagall and Pablo Picasso—a creative legacy that lives on in its atmosphere today.
