• This product includes a theater ticket in a certain section of the theatre. Your actual seats will be assigned after the booking of the reservation. No seats have obstructed views.
• Children under two years old go free if they do not occupy a seat at the theater
• The show is wheelchair accessible but there is limited seating so please contact the local partner to reserve a wheelchair space in the theater

• If you are late or do not show up you will not be entitled to a refund
• Your Empire State Building tickets are timed for the same day as your show. Shows at 4 PM or earlier: Timed entry will be around 6:30 PM or 7:30 PM. Shows at 5 PM or later: Timed entry will be some time between 10:30 AM and 2:30 PM. Please arrive on time, as entry is only valid for your scheduled slot.
• All signage, audio, and exhibits at the Empire State Building are available in 9 languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Chinese, Korean
• All guests must pass through airport-style security to access the Observatory. Please avoid glass items, sports equipment, marking instruments (paint/markers), and any packages/luggage

Download the Madison Square Gardens App found at https://www.msg.com/madison-square-garden-official-app. Login to the App using the email you provided the operator when you made your booking. Once in the app, accept your digital tickets for the show If you are having issues accessing your digital tickets for the show or your timed barcoded tickets for the Empire State Building, please contact the local tour operator, Attractions4Us, at least one day before the show at [email protected] or at +1 212 512 0515. Call center hours (EST) are Daily 9.00AM - 5.00PM; Emergency Hours 5.00PM - 8.00PM If you are having issues with your digital tickets once you arrive at Radio City Music Hall – please go to Window 2 at the Box Office and say you are with “Attractions4Us” and give them your name. This voucher is NOT your entry ticket to the show or the Empire State Building and will not be honored The show is wheelchair accessible.
