• Vatican Museums Dress Code: Remember that the Vatican Museums enforce a strict dress code. All visitors must cover shoulders and knees to be allowed entry. Please plan your attire accordingly, as failure to meet this requirement will result in being denied entry.
• Please note that the time selected for entry to the Vatican Museums during booking refers strictly to the meeting point time, not the entrance
• We recommend arriving at our meeting point with your reservation in hand at least 15 minutes before your scheduled entry time to allow for security checks before entry.

• You will receive your personalized entry ticket within 24 hours prior to the visit. The ticket must be presented to the staff at the entrance, either in digital or printed format. Each participant must show their personal, named ticket along with an ID verifying their first and last name. Showing the ID or PASSPORT is mandatory. Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be modified. The Vatican Museums follow a strict policy on timed tickets. Guests who arrive late or miss their entrance will not be admitted. We cannot guarantee new entrance tickets if the previous ones are lost.
