Standard policy
Activities marked “Free cancellation” can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the local start time for a full refund. Cancel inside that window and the operator may keep all or part of the price.
Non-refundable activities
A small number of activities — mostly timed-entry tickets and small-group experiences with fixed costs — are sold as non-refundable. This is stated on the activity page before you book and again at checkout.
When the operator cancels
If an operator cancels for weather, minimum numbers or any other reason, you are always refunded in full, regardless of the activity's own policy. We will offer an alternative date first where one exists.
