Then head to the Cathedral of Évora, one of the most important Gothic monuments in Portugal, and the Saint Francis Church and “Bones Chapel” (Capela dos Ossos), completely covered with human bones.   After a full morning of touring, head to one of the most important  wine cellars in Portugal. Enjoy a tasting of delicious local wine and take in the beautiful surrounding vineyards before eventually heading back to Lisbon.
