Southwark Cathedral is a stunning, hidden gem just off Borough Market and close to London Bridge tube station. It is the oldest church building in London. It's pretty certain that he attended services at the church given that his brother Edmund is buried within the church grounds (although quite where has been lost to the mists of time) We will then take a stroll to our next destination.
