• Entry is reserved at a specific time slot. Tickets cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded
• Tickets cannot be picked up in advance and alternate meeting points are not possible
• Adult pricing applies to all travelers from 0-99 years old
• Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before your chosen time.
