These details are required to organize your transfer smoothly and without delays. After receiving the information, we will send you a complete private transfer briefing before your arrival. This includes your exact meeting point, step-by-step arrival instructions, and coordination details. Please note that meeting point locations vary by airport and terminal, and all details will be shared clearly in advance. Meeting Point Details ✈️ Istanbul Airport (IST) After exiting the arrivals terminal, please go outside Exit Gate 8. Our driver will be waiting there holding the CEO34 code. ✈️ Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) After exiting the arrivals terminal, walk towards Column 10, then cross the road to the opposite side. Our driver will be waiting at this point holding the CEO34 code. Arrival & Waiting Time Policy After your flight lands, you have up to 2 hours to reach the assigned meeting point. This time window allows for passport control, baggage claim, and walking time inside the airport. If the passenger does not arrive at the meeting point within this period and no contact is established, the service will be considered a no-show, and the reservation will be marked as completed. Once you meet your driver, you will be escorted directly to your private vehicle, and the transfer will begin immediately. There are no shared vehicles or shuttle services involved. The service is completed once you are safely dropped off at your confirmed hotel or address and exit the vehicle.
