• The tour in Florence is around 5,5 hours and train tickets will be forwarded a few days prior to the service. If you wish to stay longer in Florence after your tour ends, please advise us immediately what time you wish to depart.
• As this is a walking tour through various areas of the city centre, with steps and uneven walkways, comfortable walking shoes and a bottle of water are strongly recommended.
• Please advise if any travelers have mobility concerns so that we can best accommodate you.
• Each traveler must present a valid passport or ID document that matches the name provided at the time of booking for successful entry to the Accademia Gallery.
• Please provide the full names of all travelers when booking. Failure to present a voucher with all travelers’ full names at the ticket office prior to entry may result in denied entry to the attraction.
• Galleria dell’Accademia admission ticket: €24 total €20 admission ticket + €4 reservation fee
• Mobile or paper ticket accepted
• One per booking
