Daily, in an typical and traditional wine bar enoteca located in the heart of Florence a special event is going on: a Wine Tasting & Lunch Experience. Enjoy a 1 hour and 30 minute experience, you will taste four of the most important Tuscan wines, known throughout the world, such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti Classico and Carmignano. A sample of wine, approximately 60 ml per glass, will be served with bruschetta made by the Chef with local products, a platter of Tuscan cured meats and cheeses, and excellent salads. During this journey through the world of cellars, a sommelier will explain in depth the particularity of these Italian excellences. Included in the experiences are water and wine and bruschetta, salads, cured meats, cheeses. Learn how to pair your wine with tasty foods and how wines are made and tasted with a sommelier.
